Order Tortoise Houses Page
For all wood-based tortoise housing orders Cosy Tortoises requires half payment of the total quoted cost, when we begin to manufacture your order, and the second half prior to delivery. Cosy Tortoises has a policy of not holding onto our customer's money for any longer than necessary, before orders are complete.
The Ordering Process
- Initially please express interest in a Cosy Tortoises product via e-mail cosytortoises@btinternet.com or over the telephone (01890) 818584. Please see our Contact page for details.
- By e-mail we will send you an approximate quote and any questions we have.
- An e-mail exchange of several e-mails will allow you to tailor your order requirements.
- When you declare that you are happy with your Order Quote, we will acknowledge and place you in our Order Queue.
- We will endeavour to update all customers in the Order Queue with a weekly update of their Approximate Delivery Date.
- The week before we are due to start manufacturing your Order we will request the first half payment of the Order Quote.
- When your Order is complete we will provide photographic evidence and request the second half of the payment.
- After the funds have cleared we will send your order as arranged (usually by economy pallet unless requested otherwise).
- On sending your Cosy Tortoises Order we will inform you via e-mail with all relevant delivery, unpacking, assembly and set-up instructions.
Paying for an Order
The week before we are due to start manufacturing your Order we will request the first half payment of the Order Quote.
We will send you an Invoice via Square, our secure online payment method.
Cancellation of an order
At any point a customer can cancel an order before we start manufacturing. After manufacturing has begun only Standard orders may still be cancelled and refunded.
After we have received half the order payment and have begun manufacture Custom orders will not be refunded. Custom orders include paint upgrades.
