Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are calculated by item selected and not by weight. The cost will be displayed on the order form before you confirm your order. This will also be display on the website page of the item (s) you have ordered.
Small items are normally posted the following working day except for those items not in stock. Larger items can vary between 6-8 weeks before being delivered.
Should you ask for an item to be left unattended, you do so at your own risk. Cosy Tortoises will not be help responsible.
If you leave any insturctions for delivery, this will be passed on to our courier company. However we cannot be help responsible should the courier not follow the instructions given.
Cosy Tortoises will inform you by email when your order is despatched and when you may expect delivery. Cosy Tortoises can not be held responsible if the item(s) are not delivered on the expected day.
For larger items- If you are not in and you do not ask for your order to be left then, the courier will return the item to the depot. If you do not wish to collect the item from the couriers depot then they will attempt a second delivery free of charge. If you are still not in to accept the item on the second delivery attempt then any further delivery attempts by the courier will incur a charge. If you have not arranged re-delivery or collected the parcel within 5 days of the original delivery date then the item will be returned to us by the couriers at your expense.
Damage item(s)-please contact within 24 hours to report damage item.
Returns
Our Returns Policy is simple
Within 28 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise purchased from Cosy Tortoises. Item(s) must not be used and includes the original packaging, for a full refund of the original product price of that item (s) excluding postage costs both way.
Please allow 28 days before a refund is issued. Please note Cosy Tortoises are not liable for the PayPal charges should you decide on a refund. This is money deducted from Cosy Tortoises when you buy from us and as well as if you are refunded.
Custom orders are not refundable.
