Delivery

Cosy Tortoises are able to deliver very large items within the UK. Cosy Tortoises aim to despatch items within 24 hours of receiving an order. If the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday,  the order should be despatched before Tuesday. If an order is placed on a Bank Holiday then the order should be despatched before Wednesday.

Delivery times for custom made orders is different.  Delivery will be advised at time of enquiry.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is extra. Prices are display below items. If no prices exist then please contact us.

Should you wish to cancel an order, delivery and packaging wll not be refunded. This applies to all orders.

Cosy Tortoises accept no responsiblities should the carrier fail to pick the order on the required date. Cosy Tortoises will make effort effort to post item asap.

Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, Cosy Tortoises will contact the customer within 24 hours with revised delivery date.  Should the customer feel the new revised date is unacceptable, then a full refund will be given without any questions asked.

Collection is available by appointment only. Please contact Customer Service to arrange an appointment for collection.
