Delivery

Cosy Tortoises are able to deliver very large items within the UK. Cosy Tortoises aim to despatch items within 7 working day of receiving an order for small items only. Larger items will be advised on ordering. Delivery times are approximate and are subject to change without prior notification. Cosy Tortoises will not be liable for any charges due to delays in delivery of item(s) whatsoever. 

Delivery times for custom made orders are different.  Delivery will be advised at time of enquiry and again is subject to change without prior notification.

Cosy Tortoises accept no responsibilities should the carrier fail to collect/deliver the order on the required date. Cosy Tortoises will make every effort to post all items as soon as possible.

Refund and Returns Policy

Should you wish to cancel an order, delivery and packaging will not be refunded as Cosy Tortoises will be unable to claim a refund. This applies to all orders.

Should you for any reason find you are not entirely happy with a item received, Cosy Tortoises will give you a refund of the product cost excluding postage, packaging and paypal charges (if that was a method of payment made by the customer). 

The customer will be required to pay for the return of item(s) to Cosy Tortoises. 

PayPal charges will also apply to the customer on refund of item(s). This is automatically deducted by PayPal on refund of item(s). PayPal charges do not apply to cheques or postal orders. 

A refund will normally be made within 28 days of receiving item(s) back and using the same method of payment when the item(s) was purchased from Cosy Tortoises.

All we ask is that the item(s) was not used and is returned to Cosy Tortoises within 28 days from date of delivery.

Custom Orders 

Custom orders are made to customer requirements and are therefore not covered by our return policy.  By buying from us, you have accepted all of our terms and conditions.

Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, Cosy Tortoises will contact the customer within 24 hours with revised delivery date.  Should the customer feel the new revised date is unacceptable, then a full refund will be given without any questions asked.

Cosy Tortoise offer a number of options to how you can pay.

PayPal is a fast and secure method which is widely used by ebay customers. This method is secure. We do not see your bank details. Please contact PayPal if you require further details. Please be aware that you are subject to PayPal charges should you wish a refund.

Postal Orders and cheques are also accepted.

Damaged item

If on delivery you find the item(s) damaged you must inform Cosy Tortoises with 24 hours.
